Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
The consent data collected by Usercentrics (given consent and revocation of consent) are stored for one year. The data will then be deleted immediately. Google DoubleClick Ad data, Google Fonts data, and Google Tag Manager data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the processing purposes. Google Analytics event data is retained for 2 months. Via My Activity, signed-in Google users who have consented to ads personalization can access and delete data such as end user location, search history, YouTube history, and data from sites that partner with Google. Some user information, such as clients’ names, receipts, and recorded coaching sessions will be retained indefinitely.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that Your information may be accessible to law enforcement authorities and national security authorities of that country and jurisdiction. We provide paid products within the Service. As a result, we will use the third-party service of PayPal as Our payment processor. We will not store or collect Your payment card details.
